On Saturday, May 17th, at Cetral Baptist in Clovis, Lon Graham led a seminar for Tri-Area pastors an lay persons on the subject, "Pillars of the Past: Essential Moments in Baptist History." This seminar took participants from the beginnings of Baptists up until the establishment of the Southern Baptist Convention and current times.
Lon is the Vice-President of the New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home in Portales. He is also a professor with the International Baptist Theological Study Centre in Amsterdam, Holland. He has his PhD and also serves as a member of the Editorial Board of European Baptist Studies. He has also served as a pastor.
