Our Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 4 p.m. at First Baptist Church Melrose. Doors will open at 3:30 for display set-up and to begin messenger check-in.
We will have a short business meeting, followed by a time of Praise and Worship and a message from our Director of Missions, Damon Pearce. This will be followed by a meal. The association will provide the meat and we are asking the churches to provide the other dishes based upon geographic location: Tucumcari-area to bring salads, Portales-area to bring other sides, and Clovis-area to bring desserts.
There will be childcare available for children up to Kindergarten age.
Please register your attendance and provide the names of messengers as soon as possible!
The purpose of the Tri-Area New Work and Small Church Fund is to award grants to new works and small churches for the purpose of purchasing, constructing, improving, expanding, or equipping facilities to be used in their ministry.
