For the business portion of the meeting, each member church is authorized 5 messengers. We ask each church to submit the names of their messengers to Elaine in the association office no later than Thursday, March 26. Each messenger and/or guest will be asked to sign in with Elaine and provide the name of the church they represent.  Any potential messenger whose name was not submitted ahead of time may still be allowed to vote if that would not exceed the limit of 5 for the church.

There will be Spanish interpretation available for the meeting.

In addition to the business meeting, there will be a time of worship thru music and a time of fellowship.  Barbeque brisket will be catered by Steve Davis and the churches are asked to prepare the other dishes, based on the geographic area of their church.  Tucumcari-area churches are asked to provide side dishes; Clovis-area churches are asked to provide salads; and Portales-area churches are asked to provide desserts. In order to allow everyone to fully participate in the meeting, a local FFA group will help in serving and cleaning up after the meal.

Please continue to pray for our association and all involved in this selection process - that each one will seek to follow God's direction.
